Our beef is premium grade, sourced from a farm where the cattle is pasture raised. never from a feedlot. We hand trim and hand rub our briskets with the finest spices.

Our pork is vegetarian fed and antibiotic free, never touched by hormones or artificial preservatives. we rub it with our blend of premium spices.

We source our meat from the same farms, so that we know who’s raising the animals, how they are treated, what they’re fed. It is important to us and helps us ensure that our high standards are met.

We take our mac and cheese very seriously – this is not something out of a box. we use three cheeses to get the perfect blend and spend more time on this mac than some people do on their entire menu.

We use only hickory and apple wood, whole logs, hand selected for each smoker, and carefully placed based on the size to get the perfect smoke each time.
